Frank Riley Castleman (born 17 March 1877 - died October 9, 1946) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the 200 metre hurdles.

He competed for the United States in the 1904 Summer Olympics held in St Louis, United States in the 200 metre hurdles where he won the silver medal.

Castleman was later the track coach at Ohio State University, where his team won the NCAA men's track championship in 1929.
