Francis Joseph Budd (born July 20, 1939 in Long Branch, New Jersey) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins. He ran track at Villanova University but never played a down of college football. Frank Budd was also an Olympic athlete who once held the World Record in the 100 yard dash.
Budd played his high school football at Asbury Park High School in Asbury Park, New Jersey.[1]
