Frank Barnes

Frank C. Barnes was a 20th Century gunsmith and cartridge designer. He was the author of Cartridges of the World and the designer of the .308x1.5in Barnes, the .458x1.5in ,and the 2in .458 American.

Barnes was born in Chicago on June 25, 1918. He had a master's degree in Justice. He died in 1992.[1]
