Frank Bank (born April 12, 1942) is an American former actor, particularly known for his role as Clarence 'Lumpy' Rutherford on the situation comedy television series Leave It to Beaver.
Bank is a municipal bonds broker in Los Angeles, California. His autobiography, Call Me Lumpy: My Leave It To Beaver Days and Other Wild Hollywood Life, was published in 2002.

- 1958 – 1963, played Clarence Rutherford AKA "Lumpy" on Leave it to Beaver.
- In 1962, he was a guest on NBC's Bachelor Father and 87th Precinct.
- In 1964, he played Archie Andrews in Life with Archie.
- In 1983, he reprised his role of Lumpy in Still the Beaver, appeared on The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour, and appeared in the made-for-TV movie High School U.S.A.
