Frank A. Mills, Psychogeographer; born in Baltimore, 1943, is the founder of Urban Paradoxes [1] (2000), an urban planning consortium. Mills previously served as Director of External Affairs at the University of Akron (1995-98), the Interim Director for The National Center for Polymers in Construction (1998), and as faculty at Marylhurst University (1994-2005) where he taught Celtic & Cultural Studies. Mills, along with Marilyn Sadler, is currently involved in the production of the urban documentary, Urban Paradoxes.
