Franco Baldini (born in Reggello, Italy) is an Italian former footballer and as of 14 December 2007 he is currently working as the General Manager under Fabio Capello in the England backroom staff.

During his playing career, he played for Bari and Bologna.[1] He became director of football at Roma in 1999, where he lasted until March 2005 when he resigned.[1] He joined Fabio Capello at Real Madrid in 2006.[1] When Capello took over as England manager in December 2007, Baldini became a member of the team's backroom staff.[2]
