Francisco Manoel Barroso da Silva

Commodore Francisco Manoel Barroso da Silva (Lisbon, September 29, 1804 — Montevidéo, August 8, 1882)directed the Brazilian fleet while the Marquis of Tamandaré was absent during the Battle of Riachuelo in the War of the Triple Alliance.
