Francisco Manoel Barroso da Silva

Commodore Francisco Manoel Barroso da Silva (Lisbon, September 29, 1804Montevidéo, August 8, 1882)directed the Brazilian fleet while the Marquis of Tamandaré was absent during the Battle of Riachuelo in the War of the Triple Alliance.
