Francis Kinloch (Congressman)

Francis Kinloch (March 7, 1755February 8, 1826) was an American lawyer and rice planter from Georgetown, South Carolina. He served as a delegate for South Carolina to the Continental Congress in 1780.

After his return from Europe in 1777, Kinloch was a captain in the South Carolina militia in the American Revolutionary War, serving as an aide to General William Moultrie.
