Francis Geoffrey Jacobs

Sir Francis Geoffrey Jacobs, KCMG, QC (born 1939), is a barrister and a former Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

Official in the Secretariat of the European Commission of Human Rights; Legal Secretary to Advocate General Jean-Pierre Warner,; Professor of European Law, University of London; Director, Centre of European Law, King's College London; Author of several works on European law; Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities (October 7, 1988 - January 10, 2006).

On 4 December 2007, Sir Francis Jacobs was elected President of Missing Children Europe, the European Federation for Missing and Sexually Exploited Children (www.missingchildreneurope.eu).
