Francis "Frank" Gailey (born January 21, 1882 – died July 10, 1972) was an American freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1904 Summer Olympics.
In the 1904 Olympics he won a silver medals in the 220 yard freestyle, 440 yard freestyle and 880 yard freestyle and a bronze medal in the 1 mile freestyle.
