Francis Brockholst Cutting (August 6, 1804 - June 26, 1870) was a U.S. Representative from New York.

Born in New York City, Cutting attended Bensel School and was also tutored privately. He studied law in the Litchfield (Connecticut) Law School. He was admitted to the bar in 1827 and commenced practice in New York City. He served as member of the State assembly in 1836 and 1837. He was not a candidate for reelection. He was an unsuccessful candidate for election in 1836 to the Twenty-fifth Congress. He served as member of the board of aldermen in 1843. City recorder.

Cutting was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-third Congress (March 4, 1853-March 3, 1855). He was not a candidate for renomination in 1854. He resumed the practice of law. He died in New York City June 26, 1870. He was interred in Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.
