Francesco Rocca

Francesco Rocca (born August 2, 1954) is an Italian former football player.

Born in San Vito Romano (a village at c. 40 km from Rome), he was nicknamed was "Kawasaki" (after the Japanese brand of motor bikes) because of his speed and durability.

He played 163 games (141 in serie A and 22 in the Italian cup), exclusively with AS Roma, from 1972 to 1981, without scoring a goal. With the Italian football national team he played 18 times scoring a goal for Italy against U.S.A.

He is currently coach of Under 20 Italian team.
