Francesca Marie Smith (as she is sometimes credited) is an American voice actress who is best known for providing the voice of Helga Pataki on Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold!. She has also provided the voice for "Ashley B." on Disney Channel's Recess and made a cameo appearance on Nickelodeon's The Amanda Show, as one of Amanda's friends. Francesca graduated in Linguistics at California's Stanford University (see link below). Francesca is currently studying at Pepperdine College, graduating in 2008.

- She is a fan of the Redwall series of children's books.
She revealed both of these facts in a webchat with Hey Arnold! creator Craig Bartlett, stating also that she hopes to be back doing voiceovers within a year, having not done any work in the industry since 2003, presumably due to her study commitments.
