Francesca Lo Schiavo is an Academy-Award winning Italian art and set director.

She has been nominated for an Academy Award seven times, and is married to Dante Ferretti, a fellow art director. The movies which she has been nominated for are:

• Hamlet (1990), Nominated
• Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994), Nominated
• Kundun (1997), Nominated
• Gangs of New York (2002), Nominated
• The Aviator (2004), Won
• Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2008), Won

All the above mentioned films were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Art Direction.
