Frances Webb (1775 - 1862) was the wife of Thomas Salisbury and mother of Anne Caroline Salisbury. She is the second earliest recorded maternal line ancestor of Queen Elizabeth II being her Great Great Great Grandmother. She was Great Great Grandmother to Elizabeth the Queen Mother. She was born in Stanway, Gloucestershire. Her mother was Mary Garritt and her father was Francis Webb.
