Frances Halsband

Frances Halsband (born in New York City on October 30, 1943) is an American architect. She received her B.A. at Swarthmore College and a Master's from Columbia University.[1] She has served on juries for design awards and chaired the 1999 American Institute of Architects Committee on Design.[2]
