Francavilla Bisio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southeast of Turin and about 25 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 466 and an area of 7.8 km².[1]
