Frómista is a municipality located in the province of Palencia, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 928 inhabitants.
It is a major stopping place for pilgrims traveling along the Way of St. James. Though it boasts 3 churches, the Romanesque church of San Martín is the most famous, dating from 1035.
