Fozzy was the debut of heavy metal band, Fozzy produced in 2000. Fozzy at this time had just been playing for just over a year and the band featured Chris Jericho on vocals, Rich Ward on back up vocals and guitar, Dan Dryden on bass, Frank Fontsere on drums and Ryan Mallam on guitar.
The album featured mostly cover songs by bands such as Dio, Twisted Sister, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue. As Fozzy had a satirical back-story that they had spent the last 20 years in Japan being megastars and onced they returned to America, they realized that many famous artists have ripped off their songs.
However the album featured two original songs by Fozzy which included ‘End of Days’ and ‘Feel The Burn’ in which is was implied that the band had just recently written these songs and other bands hadn’t had the chance rip these songs off them.
