CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address has been used abusively;the address has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse.

If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please follow these instructions. Administrators should not undo any block that is specifically called a "Checkuser" block. Period. The Checkuser knows something that you don't. If the unblock template goes up you need to ask the Checkuser why the block is there. The Checkuser might not tell you, but they will review the situation and decide whether the block can be lifted. It may not be obvious why that block is in place, but there is a reason.[2] (see: block log • current autoblocks) |3=Jpgordon}}

{unblock|Can this autoblock please be removed? I've pasted the correct tags to my page, but I can't even talk to you because I'm blocked from editing. I have done no vandalism to the site at all. This is insane.}}

I will go get the blocking admin and ask them to review this. It may take a little while. coelacan — 20:08, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

I checked, and the block of the IP address has been reset to be a "soft block," which should allow you to edit, so I'm taking down your requests as fulfilled. Mangojuicetalk 16:53, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
==Fair use rationale for Image:28DLA-Cover.jpg==

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:28DLA-Cover.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Phil Sandifer 17:56, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
