Photo of the Municipal Center (City Hall) and the Fox River in St. Charles, IL, taken from the north side of the Main St. (IL route 64) bridge. The St. Charles dam over the river can be seen, along with the fish ladder along the East (right) side of the dam. Photo taken July 12, 2007, around 8pm.
