Fox spirit

Fox spirit could refer to a number of foxes of mythology and folklore:
- Hu li jing, a Chinese fox spirit known for causing mischief and seducing humans.
- Kitsune, a Japanese fox spirit which can be either benevolent or mischievous.
- Kumiho, an evil Korean fox over 1,000 years old, which seduces and kills human men.
The term is also sometimes used to refer to the literal spirit of a fox in totemist or shamanist beliefs.
