Fox hunting describes several different activities.
- Fox hunting is a form of hunting for foxes using a pack of scent hounds. The pack is often followed by riders on horses. It is controversial and has been outlawed in some countries.
- In amateur radio, fox hunting is one of many terms used to describe the activity of transmitter hunting, where individuals or teams use radio direction finding techniques to locate one or more hidden radio transmitters.
- In American popular culture of the 1970s and 1980s, many amusement parks and similar attractions offered low-price or even free entry to women during special events, dubbed "Fox Hunts" (a popular term for an attractive woman was "fox" or "foxy").
- The term fox hunt is also used as a general metaphor for any search.
- The Fox Hunt Swim Team is a summer swim team in the NVSL.
