Fox's Biscuits is a biscuit manufacturer in Batley, West Yorkshire, England with two further sites in Uttoxeter and Kirkham. Their biscuits are also exported to Europe, North America and the Far East. They were purchased by Northern Foods in 1977.[1] and their vision is "To be famous for the most innovative, imaginative and indulgent biscuits"[2].

The business is known for indulgent biscuits such as Rocky, Classic, Echo, Crunch Creams and children's favourite Party Rings. They are also known for their Sports Biscuits (invented by David Glen in 1971) and Ginger Nut biscuits (invented by Alexander Johnson in 1992).

[edit] Vinnie

On May 28th 2008 Fox's Biscuits added value to the £1.95bn[4] biscuit category with a new TV ad campaign and £5million[5] support package.

The idea of "Vinnie" - a "highly connected" Italian American "businessman" from New Jersey was developed with the animation team behind Disney's The Chronicles of Narnia, MPC and Mother London. The supporting entertainment led website was developed by Sheffield agency, Dig for Fire.

Dubbed a "danda", a cross between a dog and a panda, Vinnie is Fox's number one fan who has traveled across the Atlantic to make sure everybody knows who makes his favourite biscuits.
