The Fourth and Blanchard Building, locally referred to as the 'Darth Vader building',[1][2] is a skyscraper located in the Belltown neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle. The building is also known as the Sedgwick James Building. The high-rise style construction rises to 105 meters (344 feet) and has 25 floors above the ground. Chester L. Lindsey Architects designed the building, notable as the architects of the Columbia Center, Seattle's tallest building[3].
The building was completed in 1979 and is clad in reflective glass. Its design is reminiscent of Houston's Pennzoil Place[4].
