Four Words to Choke Upon is a demo by Bullet for My Valentine it includes the demos of the hit singles Hand of Blood and 4 Words (To Choke Upon). It was released in 2004. "Four Words to Choke Upon" is the only song to be standard on the major full-length album The Poison, although the title was changed to 4 Words (To Choke Upon). Notable is that "Seven Days" is the only instrumental song to date recorded by the band (as of October 2005). The whole demo has leaked online except for Hand Of Blood.
