Four Seasons Resort Aviara is a part of the Toronto-based Four Seasons chain of luxury hotels and resorts. Four Seasons Resort Aviara, the only AAA Five Diamond[1] resort in San Diego, also offers California's #2 ranked golf course and resort according to Golf Digest. It is located just 30 miles north of San Diego, in the heart of Southern California.

Completed in 1997, Four Seasons Resort Aviara was designed in Spanish Colonial architecture and set on plateau overlooking the Batiquitos Lagoon and Wildlife Preserve. The resort was constructed with an 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course and a 15,000-square-foot spa, which was rated a top resort spa by Zagat in 2001 and Condé Nast Traveler in 2002. Four Seasons Resort Aviara currently houses 331 guest rooms, including 19 suites.

As with most Four Seasons properties, Four Seasons Resort Aviara is known for its services and amenities. Four Seasons Resort Golf Club, designed by Arnold Palmer, was honored with Golf Magazine's 2004 Gold Medal Resorts Award[2] and ranked on Golf Digest's Top 75 Golf Resorts[3]. Some other amenities include spa services, pool, and fitness facilities.
