[edit] History

Four Seasons Hotel Houston opened in 1982 and became the city’s first AAA Five Diamond hotel[2] in 1996 and still holds that distinction today. The hotel is located nearby the Redstone Golf Club, host of the PGA’s annual Shell Houston Open. In 2006, Institutional Investor ranked Four Seasons Hotel Houston the 87th "Best Hotel in the World". The hotel currently houses 404 guest rooms, including 12 suites, throughout 30 floors.

The Four Seasons Hotel Houston was the site of 'Anatomy of Greed' author Brian Culver's conversation with an Enron executive who gave details on the "no bad news" culture that pervaded Enron before its collapse.[3]
