The Foundation University Medical College (FUMC) is a medical institution in Rawalpindi Pakistan. It offers over 5 years programme in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.

College was established in 2001. It has state of the art lecture halls, labs, museums, dissection hall, equipment and computer cell. The college faculty consists of highly qualified and experienced teachers. It is recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC). The college is listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED) and is a member of International Association of Medical Regulatory Authority (IAMRA).

FUMC Campus has a multi-storey building for academic block, a girls hostel, a boys hostel and an auditorium. The college is located adjacent to Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi, which is a teaching and tertiary care facility.

The alumni named as Fomcolians was announced on the eve of first convocation in July,2007.Principal Maj.Gen(R)Ashraf Ali Malhi is the patron.The following office bearers were elected unanimously.
