I don't think Provinces of Thailand should be identified as a re-promoted FL. It was originally a featured article, well before WP:FL existed. A few months after WP:FL developed, Provinces of Thailand was removed from FA through the WP:FAR process, and was promoted to featured list a couple weeks later. It should be listed on WP:FFA because it was a featured article at one point. Gimmetrow 23:41, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
