Could you please change the format of this template to horizontal (bottom infobox) instead of vertical. The reason is that if we are talking about foreign relations here, there are always two countries involved. Other countries have their own foreign-relations templates which go into footer. As it is shared topic, both infoboxes should be in the same place. Suva 18:12, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
