[edit] Replicas???
All Wikipedia discussions of Tudor and Stuart theaters should avoid the word "replica," as we don't know what they looked like. Even Peter Streete's contract for the Fortune gives only crucial dimensions, not actual plans. BTW: though Eliz. name spelling veered all over the lot, I think the modern convention has the builder as "Streete," with an extra e.Jim Stinson 20:39, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
