The city runs it. It is an interpretive centre, but there is a section that displays artifacts (clothing, time period goods, etc). --Kmsiever 04:12, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
Actually, there are at least two locations that display artifacts. The main office area, which I referred to above, and at least one of the old barracks, which displays goods, post office supplies, cooking utensils, and so forth. --Kmsiever 04:14, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
