[edit] F stands for Initial?

D = Dissatisfaction

V = Vision

F = "Initial, concrete steps that can be taken toward the vision"

R = Resistance

Why "F"? Why not S for Steps?

I did a quick web search and only found other sites that have copied this article.

I've also seen it written as A x B x C, but reckon "Initial" should be "First". I am making the change. Nelson50 15:32, 25 May 2006 (UTC)
