IMDB says it was based on McMartin School and on teacher-student allegations, not Paul Ingram. Carlossuarez46 23:30, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Actually, it doesn't say anything of the sort. You seem to have completely ignored the item on the IMDB entry where it very clearly says "Based on the case of Paul Ingram, who was accused of sexually abusing his daughters during the child abuse/satanic ritual abuse hysteria of the late 1980s." and misread a user comment which began "This is an interesting film which was made after the McMartin scandal, the many headlines of Satanic rituals, and the Fooster child abuse/daycare scandal in South Florida." as meaning "this movie was based upon the McMartin scandal, which of course it does not say. Since you've demanded so many citations between these two articles, surely you won't mind explaining how you also came to believe that the movie is based "on teacher-student allegations"? Where is your source for that? Amazon says "A county sheriff is accused by his daughter of having abused her. Her accusation gets more and more elaborate, involving satanic rituals. As nearly everyone around him seems to believe he's guilty, he starts breaking up and questioning his own innocence."[1] It mentions nothing at all about teacher-student allegations. Where's your source? -- Antaeus Feldspar 01:45, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

- The unsourced trivia bit? If you contend that's a reliable source, you should re-read WP:RS. Carlossuarez46 19:56, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

- That's deeply amusing coming from the man who based his entire theory that the movie was on the McMartin case on a user comment on that same page (tell me, how reliable a source is that?) and his assertion that the movie is based on "teacher-student allegations" on, apparently, nothing at all. -- Antaeus Feldspar 20:40, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
