I am not sure if foray is the correct translation of zajazd? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 18:33, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

See how the title of Pan Tadeusz is translated into English. Do you have a better suggestion? Appleseed (Talk) 04:27, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
I was thinking about not translating the term at all and just using zajazd. Literature translations are not always faultless, and we should research if indeed 'foray' is the most popular translation. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 23:59, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
If this concept was something unique to Poland(/Lithuania), then I agree that leaving it untranslated seems a good option, unless there's an English term that has been widely used to denote it.--Kotniski (talk) 17:07, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
