[edit] Markus?
The article presently reads: Markus Bismaquer, who is suspected of reviving the criminal organisation SPECTRE, which was believed to have been disbanded years earlier following the death of its leader, Ernst Stavro Blofeld at the hands of Bond in Diamonds are Forever. This past history of SPECTRE is incorrect according to Fleming's novels; the organisation was dissolved after all the members, except its leader Blofeld, were killed or captured at the end of Thunderball (though it was seemingly undergoing some sort of revival at the time of The Spy Who Loved Me). Blofeld was finally tracked down and killed by Bond in You Only Live Twice. 62.25.106.209 18:10, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
