[edit] Making of the album

The entry currently says, "The complete album was recorded under a 'live' scenario, in that all instruments were recorded together at one single time instead of doing each instrument separately and mixing it together..." I don't believe that's correct. Can you cite a source for that? Everything I've read says that the unusual part of the making of the album was that they recorded Keith singing and playing piano at the same time (to capture the energy of Keith's live performances), but there's no indication all the other performers were also playing at the same time.
