This image is subject to copyright. However I (Pyrope) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws for use in the article Force India because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a company logo;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to use the logo in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the logo;
4. the logo is significant because it is the corporate identifier of the first ever Indian Formula One team.
5. it is being used solely for informational purposes, to identify the corporate image of the company in articles discussing the company, its products and activities.
