Forum 303 was built in 1970 at Pioneer Parkway (Spur 303) and (SH 360 in Arlington, Texas in the Mid-Cities between Fort Worth and Dallas. The mall was converted to a indoor bazaar/flea market revenue and renamed to Festival Marketplace Mall in 1998, but that concept also failed. Competition with Six Flags Mall, Parks Mall and Traders Village contributed to the demise of this mall. Demolition of the mall started in late 2007. There are plans to rebuild the site as a business park.[2]
