Fort Wayne Fever are an American soccer team, founded in 2003. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and play in the Midwest Division of the Central Conference against teams from Chicago, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and South Bend.
They currently play their home games at Hefner Stadium in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The team's colors are white and black.

The Fever Academy has some of the best club teams in the region in each age group, but the most known team from the academy is the '91 boys who are ranked 13th in the nation. The '91 boys have very talented players such as: Mark Weigand, Adrian L'esperance, Michael Walbridge, Jesse Sharpe, Kegan Harkenrider, and Gavin Chura.
