Formula Smiles Foundation is a charity for children in Colombia founded by Connie Freydell and Juan Pablo Montoya.

The mission statement is as follows: The Formula Smiles Foundation wants to improve the quality of life of the children of Colombia throughout sports, but above all, it wants to give an opportunity for them to smile.

- Education + Sport = The Best Formula, a programme focused on promoting the sports culture on Colombian public schools, so that youngsters that are not taking advantage of sports because of lack of facilities, have the opportunity to practice them.
- One Smiles, visits to hospitalised children to take their minds off their troubles.
- Échele Cabeza al casco de Juan Pablo Montoya, a helmet design competition for children with VIP visits to Formula One races for children.

The foundation raises money with several events such as Race of Stars, a kart race with celebrities on a street circuit located in the Historic Center of the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Other events to raise money include a golf tournament.
