For the Fallen Dreams (often abbreviated FTFD) is an American hardcore/metal band from Lansing/Saginaw, Michigan. They formed in 2003 and built a strong following by playing shows at local venues such as the Old Jamestown Hall. In the summer of 2007, they were signed to the Portland, Oregon label Rise Records. Their debut album Changes was released in January of 2008 and the band has been touring relentlessly since.
