You should probably take a read through WP:MUSIC, which is the guideline for inclusion of musical ensembles/performers. If you could provide reliable sources that show the band has indeed gone on significant international tours, then the proposed deletion notice can be removed.
As a rule of thumb, it's a good idea to state the importance of the topic in the article at some point. For example, your article doesn't mention anything remarkable about the band, such as the international performances. Right now, all you've got is a very rough and somewhat random description that makes it sound the exact same as every other local marching band. --Wafulz 19:14, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Hey there! The article looks good. However, one thing I'd recommend is to avoid overlinking- this is especially true for external links. External links should be kept to an absolute minimum. In other words, the only external links should be those that are absolutely crucial to the article, such as the subject's website, or a source of information. Also, don't put in commercial links (such as where to purchase a CD). Check out WP:EL for more. --Wafulz 23:27, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
