FonePlus is a smartphone device that connects to a TV for basic productivity and Internet operations. It was demonstrated on 18 July 2006 by Hugh Teegan, a Mobile Devices architect at Microsoft focusing on emerging markets[1], and at Microsoft's Financial Analyst Meeting on 27 July 2006, by Chief Research and Strategy Officer Craig Mundie.
