It is believe the use of this image applies under fair use for the following reasons: 1) It is not replaceable. The stadium and field have changed since this image. 2) It is used for educational/informational purposes in the article Folsom Field to depict the field/stadium during the early portion of the stadium's life. 3) Discovery of a free image is unlikely, due to the age of the image. 4) The entire image available from the source website is being used, because they encourage educational use, and the image is sufficiently low resolution to begin with. 5) Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the photo and its historical significance are the object of discussion in the article.
