The song is a cover of Melanie C's Follow Me, which was on her 1999's single Northern star as a b-side. The song was written by Melanie, Billy Steinberg and Bryan Adams and it was supposedly given to Do by him. They have met each other several times because Do covered Heaven.

The video for "Follow Me" was shot in Holland. The 2 locations were on a long road with several trees and the beach. Do is sitting in a car and singing the song. The video wasn't played much on TMF, a Dutch music network.
