Hellooooo Wikipedia!

Hello Wikipedia! I am FogDevil, reporting and editing from St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. I have been a user since early 2007. My main interests in editing are TV and hockey, but if I know something that isn't in an article, I'll add it.
Wikipedia Thoughts
Though I love Wikipedia and all of it's information. There are a few things I dislike.
  • 1. Low Resolution Images: CD covers, hockey logos, you name it, the stupid guidelines say it needs to be low resolution. What is the point of having a CD cover or logo on here if it is such low resolution? You can't even see the detail. Might as well not have it uploaded.
  • 2. Some things getting deleted because there is not a reference. Though Wikipedia has no choice, it's kind of frustrating to add something to an article but then it gets deleted because there is not a reference. But what can Wikipedia do? Nothing, unfortunately. There's a chance it could be wrong or a lie.
  • 3. Anyone being able to edit. Believe me, I loved it at first. But I'm getting fed up with my teachers saying "don't use Wikipedia as a source because anyone can change it". My teacher said "I changed the date that [Something] was built and it took a week for them to change it. I was like "If no one made stupid edits like you did Wikipedia would work!". She got kind of mad then...
