A plate of foglie d'ulivo pasta, with asparagus-cream sauce, anchovies, pine nuts, and pistacchi di Bronte (pistachio nuts from Bronte, Catania, Sicily).

Foglie d'ulivo (also spelled foglie di ulivo) is a variety of handmade pasta made in the shape of olive leaves.
