I have a FNH in the right liver, there's a 7.2 x 11.0 cm lesion, My doctor said that usually when the benign tumor grow to a certain size, then it will stop growing. I'm very worry, I'm only 37 years old. My FNH is already very big, what happen if it keep growing? My doctor said because it's too big & in the right side, the only thing that he can do is monitor it, shouldn't do surgery because it's too much risk & no treatment can stop it grow. Can any doctor give me more option? Angel

The page says that FHNs have "no malignant potential." That means that FHNs don't turn into cancer. If you are worried about it for other reasons, then ask a second doctor. In most of the world, physicians are required to cooperate with you if you want to talk to another doctor about your concerns. WhatamIdoing (talk) 21:46, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
